Once you’ve finished your consultation, our Goldsmith will work on bringing your Story Charm Necklace to life and will contact you within 1-2 weeks to arrange collection, after it has been completed to your specifications.

Unlike with our custom-made Story Charm Necklace Consultations, charms can be welded to your chosen bracelet chain there and then.
