Shipping policy

Starting from 17/11/2025 - All orders returns period have been extended until 31/12/2026*

*Our normal returns restrictions still apply, we're unable to accept returns from select items, such as;

  • Earrings (This excludes earrings that haven't had the hygine seals removed)
  • Personalised items e.g engravings, altered with charms or other forms of personalisation etc.
  • Items that have been altered or 'specially' ordered for you in particular
  • Any items that show signs or wear or arent inthe same condition that were sold
  • All services and vouchers.

Stock permitting, all orders will be dispatched within 2-5 working days. 

We only use Tracked & Signed for methods of shipping for any items over the price of £20.

    If you need to have your item early - please make us aware in the notes of your order and we will try and accommodate.
