Retail Jeweller managing editor Ruth Faulkner explained: “Every business that made the list was voted for by its peers in the industry, a true testament to the retailers that are held in high regard not only by their suppliers, service providers and industry bodies, but also by other retailers in the trade – those who truly know what it takes to be inspiring.

Earlier this year it hosted its first ‘She’s Tying the Knot’ bridal event, turning its showroom into a hub of activity for brides-to-be and wedding experts, with every detail carefully considered.”
