In a three-month-long partnership, Jack Murphy Jewellers will ‘Go Red’ for Air Ambulance Northern Ireland (AANI); a local charity providing Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) together with their partners at the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS).
The service brings urgent medical assistance to anywhere in the province, operating seven days a week for 12 hours per day. It can get to anywhere in Northern Ireland in approximately twenty-five minutes.
This Doctor / Paramedic service benefits those whose lives are at serious risk following significant injury or trauma. Effectively the service brings emergency hospital care direct to the casualty.
The service is tasked to an incident on average twice every day and almost 3,000 times since the start of operations. To ensure the service is sustained and developed, AANI aspire to raise £2 million each year so public support is crucial.

Each day the team are called to two incidents on average. Public support ensures the service is here for us all. The partnership will focus on raising awareness and vital funds to support the lifesaving work that AANI carry out on a daily basis. Throughout the partnership, Jack Murphy Jewellers will share information on the services provided across their 45,000+ strong social media following and focus on charity membership benefits in-store. With the Jack Murphy Jewellers team marking AANI’s 5th Anniversary by walking 5k a day throughout the month of July to raise much needed funds for the charity.
