If you would prefer to collect your order from our luxurious Newry showroom, then please choose this option at checkout. You will be notified by email once your order has been processed and is ready to collect.
When your order is ready to collect from our showroom, please bring with you a form of photographic identification, along with a copy of your confirmation email.
As specialists in our field, we want you to enjoy our luxurious jewellery and watches, creating moments you'll cherish forever. However, we do appreciate that from time to time, you might need to exchange or refund something you've purchased from us.
Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was processed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned with the original receipt and/ or proof of purchase to our Newry showroom.
Earrings - We're unable to offer a refund or exchange on earrings for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
Personalised/ Made to Order - Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on items that have been personalised or specially made to order e.g. finger size altered, engraved, etc.
Gift Vouchers - We are unable to offer a refund on Gift Vouchers. Jack Murphy Jewellers Gift Vouchers last for 1 year from the date of issue.
Once we receive your return in our Newry showroom, it will be inspected and then you will be notified by email of its approved or not. If your return is approved by our in-house ecommerce team, your refund will be process and the original payment method credited within several days.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping fees for returning any unwanted items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your items are faulty. All returns must be received in our showroom within the 30 days timeframe allowed and in the original packaging and receipt. If you received a free gift with your order, this must also be returned to be entitled to a refund.
