We’re over the moon to share some incredible news. Jack Murphy Jewellers have won ‘Digital Engagement of the Year’ at the National Association of Jewellers (NAJ) Awards 2025, held on 23rd October in the ICC Birmingham.
This award celebrates our multi-phase bridal campaign; an initiative created with one goal in mind: you. Every part of it was designed to make our brides, grooms and bridal parties feel seen, celebrated and inspired.
At the heart of this campaign was experience, the kind that goes beyond a screen. From Forever Welded Bracelet appointments shared between brides and their bridesmaids to intimate wedding ring consultations filled with laughter, stories and special moments, we wanted every touchpoint to be something you could feel.
Our in-store bridal event, ‘She’s Tying the Knot’, brought that vision to life. We transformed our showroom into a bridal wonderland with skincare demos, bridal catwalks, cake decorating and ring fittings, all designed to help you enjoy every step of your wedding journey. The day was full of smiles, sparkle and champagne, and we captured it all to share with our wider community online so even if you couldn’t be there, you could still be part of the magic.
What made this campaign truly special was its authenticity. In a world of filters and curated perfection, we wanted to show real people having real moments. Our wonderful influencer partners helped tell those stories beautifully, not just showcasing our jewellery, but the warmth, laughter and heartfelt connections that make every JMJ experience unique.
By focusing on connection over content, and creating moments that blend the digital and the real, this campaign brought together a community of brides who share the same excitement, love and sparkle for life’s biggest moments.
