Christmas is around the corner, and we're endeavouring to ensure all your parcels are under your tree for christmas morning. To ensure that your order arrives to you in time, please have ordered before or no later than 22nd of December for both our UK Customers & 16th of December for our Southern Customers, as this is the last date we can guarantee arrivals prior to Christmas.
For our International customers, please order before or on the 16th of December to guarantee delivery.

Christmas Returns Extension!
We understand that sometimes it's hard to pick a gift for someone, and the worry that they will love it as much as you do! Just to make it that much easier - as of Monday the 17th of November (17/11/2025), we've extended our returns window!
*Anything that you've purchased from us from Monday the 17th of November, can be returned up until Saturday, 31st of January, 2026 (31/01/2026). Normal returns T&C's and restrictions still apply, please see below for a brief explanation:
*Our normal returns restrictions still apply, we're unable to accept returns from select items, such as;
- Earrings (This excludes earrings that haven't had the hygiene seals removed)
- Personalised items e.g engravings, altered with charms or other forms of personalisation etc.
- Items that have been altered or 'specially' ordered for you in particular
- Any items that show signs or wear or aren't in the same condition that were sold
- All services and vouchers.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned with the original receipt and/or proof of purchase to our Newry showroom.
